Chelsea offered £27m to Leicester's player N'Golo Kante

Chelsea have offered £27million to Leicester City's player N'Golo Kante and refused to permit the sale of Nemanja Matic

to Juventus. Chelsea's offer likely to be rejected by Leicester

 as Claudio Ranieri said offered Kante a new deal before

 he went to Euros. 

"Now I know there are a lot of big terms interested. It is in his hand."

 added Ranieri. 

Kante when joined Leicester signed a four years contract for £ 5.6million,

 a new deal would extend that deal

 by a year 

and also improve his salary.
